Â·To increase business value of the chocolate and pet care segments in the Traditional General Trade channel through effective implementation of the channel RTM initiatives
Â·Responsible to drive distribution and display, within the set guidelines and agreed budgets.
Â·Develop the distributor General Trade sales team.
II.PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible and accountable through hands-on accomplishment of:
â€¢ RTM Plan, Implementation and development
â€¢ Execution in the market
â€¢ Distributor management and coordination
â€¢ Building distributor GT sales team (3rd party) engagement and capabilities.
â€¢ Efficient spend of TP and within budget
â€¢ Freshness of products
â€¢ Good Governance of the sales unit
Responsible for achieving the following through working with Hub Functional
Â·Team, and facilitating direct reports to deliver:
â€¢ Quality and on time execution of activities
â€¢ Display guidelines, right range
â€¢ Effective sales ground activities
Â·To formulate an actionable and achievable RTM plans and set measurable target to achieve the sales & distribution penetration objectives.
2.Business Objectives & Implementation
Â·To manage sales targets, TP & D&E budgets
Â·Manage and co-ordinate implementation of brand & sales activities.
Â·Ensure Distributors are properly briefed of the Business Plan and clarity of delivery through managing and measuring work.
Â·Coordinate Marketing plans for implementation, feedback on competition and roll out plans
Â·Participate in Market & Share meeting
Â·Coordinate with logistics team on operations and provide timely forecast P&O
Â·Coordinate associate communications, teamâ€™s L&D and engagement Plans
Â·Coordinate and track performance of sales, distribution penetration, and marketing initiatives and to ensure effective sales ground execution.
Â·Analysis , review and make recommendations based on available data to ensure availability of right SKU at the right stores with right quantity across targeted channels .
Â·Continually to seek improvement on Distributor day to day operational efficiencies & processes.
IV. DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY & CONTROLS
a) OWN Decisions :
Â·Manage Day to Day operations and implementation of approved strategy.
b) Must obtain APPROVAL from management team / superior before deciding :
Â·Change in budget appropriation
Â·Change in organisation, headcount, business partners (3rd party)
Â·Annual Sales Revenue : US$ 2.2 million
V. JOB KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years work experience including following skills:
Selling, Finance Management, Execution and Measures, Leverage Insights, Commercial Negotiation, Customer Account Management, Leadership, Action OrientedAdvanced , Planning, Priority Setting,Drive for Results, Conflict Management, Integrity and Trust, Personal Learning.
