Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Top line performance

  • Organize and lead the Sales team in geographical market
  • Achieve sales objectives in Sales Value, Volume and Collection by implementing sales strategies as determined by Business Manager and guided by Regional Sales Manager
  • Monitor all sales related program, activities
  • Update market/competitor movement for timely reaction
  • Actively take part in PCP and SSP activities

 Building a champion team

  • Strategically lead the business with effective teamwork
  • Supervise the selection, recruitment and development of staff
  • Provide on job training and coaching
  • Quarterly review and yearly appraisal for subordinate

Effective channel strategy execution

  •  Propose channel strategy base on segmenting customer
  • Implement activities to increase shop share as national and regional guide lines
  • Propose rebate scheme to develop customer relationship
  • Control market price for retailer’s profit

HSES compliance

  •  Review HSES team performance
  • Foresee all HSES issues may occur both internal and external environment and have necessary action to prevent

REQUIREMENT

Educational Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or related area

Relevant Experience

  • At least 3 years in sales management role

 Personal Characteristics & Behaviours

  • Good communication in English in both speaking and writing
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office
  • Management/Leadership skills
  • Negotiation/Inter-personal skill
  • Self motivation, drive to result
  • Willing to travel and work long hours
