· Participate in recruitment plans
· Working directly with recruitment agencies and websites
· Find database of qualified candidates and making phone screen
· Making job posting sample
· Maintain and develop candidate pool to ensure candidate source for effective recruitment
· Others tasks assigned by line manager
· At least 1- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably from manufacturing.
· English proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skill are a must.
· Highly proactive, self-motivated, team work spirit and the ability to work under high pressure
