Recruitment Manager

Location: HCMC

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees for our company’s current and future needs. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the successful operation of the candidate management function, interviewing processes and pre-onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft or revise job description when assigned
• Proactively and effectively respond to the department’s recruiting demands
• Actively search resumes on various recruitment channels to get qualified CV's for recruitment requirements
• Fully execute the recruitment process, including job posting, screening CV, phone/job interviewing, shortlist candidates…recruitment administration, sending employment confirmation to successful candidates…
• Coordinate with hiring manager to make interview appointments
• Build applicant sources, data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites…
• Manage recruitment team
• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant; candidates with experience in the Fintech industry is preferable; 
• Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to work over time, love contact and networking with people
• Customer-oriented; excellent verbal/written communication (Vietnamese & English)
• Strong decision-making and team management skills
