Job Description:

1. Business development:

  •  Actively look for new clients and seek for job orders
  • Execute job orders as the standard timeframe
  • Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
  • Arrange interviews for client & candidates
  • Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedbacks to both parties
  • Assist client with job placement
  •  Ensure self target and team targets are achieved

2. Relationship management:

  • Build, maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
  • Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates
  • Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
  • Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc

Requirenents:
1. Education, Training Qualifications
- University graduated (major in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields)

2. Experience
- At least 2 year experience with proven track record
- Background in the FMCG industry, , Manufacturing, is an advantage

3. Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going
- Good presentation skill
- Fluent in English, computer literacy
- Self driven, self motivated to succeed
- Customer service orientated
- Able to work independently, with high sense of responsibility
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
