Job Description: 

• Leadership and management of the quality team at the factory fivn

       - Setting goals for the team and individual employees
       - Conducting employee interviews
       - Budget planning
       - Resource planning, holiday planning etc.

• Planning and execution of test planning meetings with development and product management.
• Creation of production control plans
• Creation and maintenance of inspection plans in SAP and definition of the corresponding inspection characteristics in coordination with product management and development  
• Determination of the test points, test procedures and scope of measurement, taking into account quality assurance and economic aspects.
• Clarification of the test characteristics in case of discrepancies with development. Independent planning and coordination of dates and capacities within the scope of product introduction and product change processes.  
• Definition of suitable measuring methods and test equipment according to the specifications.
• Creation of an initial sample inspection report or a dimensional protocol as well as the documentation in PLM SAP.
• Determination of proofs of suitability for series production including definition of all test points and the necessary measuring equipment.  
• Calculation of the process capability values and interpretation of these including a proposal for optimisation to achieve the specified target corridor.
• Creation of the SFN form including uploads to SAP.

Job requierements:

• Technical Study (Engineering) and long term experience in quality control
• Good englisch skills in writing and speaking
• Experience in employee management
• Rxperience in quality management and quality control especially in advanced product quality planning
• Independet and team-oriented working method
• Method knowledge in APQP and continous improvement
