Job Description:

• Creation, checking, maintenance and processing of 8D reports
• Implementation and monitoring of all associated measures, including deadline controlling and plausibility checks of the statement collect, maintenance and preparation of key figures and statistics
• Evaluation and provision of reports
• Preparation of presentations and recommendations for action, BW-Reportings
• Initial analysis of the samples and damaged parts sent in by the customer, inspection and initial evaluation of the defect pattern
• Complaints check, perform simple functional test
• Prepare and carry out activities necessary for communication & cooperation with internal departments, interfaces or suppliers
• Initiation of measures or integration of the responsible interfaces
• Independent storage and retrieval of goods in shipping with industrial trucks and all necessary activities.
• Carrying out, organizing, coordinating stock checks and blocking of goods
• Goods posting such as write-offs, transfer postings, stock transfers
• Resetting the test dynamics (for customer complaints) for incoming goods inspections
• Triggering the inspection of the inspection plan for the incoming goods inspection and workers inspections

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring/status query of transferred topics
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Ensuring the delivery capacity
• Ensure the flow of information
• Escalation in case of deviations

 

Competencies:

• Secure handling of the SAP system, especially with the Complaints Cockpit/ SAP BW
• Office knowledge
• Forklift driving licence
• fPS basics to know and apply
• Understand and recognize complex functions or error patterns
• Knowing and understanding the articles in their function
• Product knowledge / expert knowledge of fischer articles to detect the defect pattern
• English knowledge

 

Job requirements:

• Technical Study (Engineering) and long term experience in quality control
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking
• experience in quality management and quality control especially in complaint management
• Independent and team-oriented working method
• Method knowledge in APQP and continous improvement
