Job Description: 

• Testing of parts manufactured in-house and further processed by third parties
• Checking purchased parts
• Testing of parts in external warehouses
• Check the measurement results according to specifications and document the test results in SAP
• Comparison of attached certificates and acceptance test certificates according to treatment instructions and order drawings, including archiving of documents
• Independent storage and retrieval of goods in shipping with industrial trucks and all necessary activities.
• Recording of complaints including documenting the rejected parts and depositing the documents created, e.g. photos, etc.
• Posting the blocking transaction
• Executing the manual locking process

 

Responsibilities:

• Release of well-tested parts
• Blocking of badly tested parts
• Ensuring that the goods are available at defined test stations
• Prevent the placing on the market of defective parts
• Ensuring the correct initial documentation of all complaints
• Forwarding the 8D report to the complaints department

 

Competencies:

• System access and knowledge (SAP)
• Basic knowledge and access to the MHP complaint cockpit
• Selection of the right test equipment and the right inspection lot.
• Mastery of the correct use/operation of simple test equipment
• Forklift driving licence
• Access to storage locations
• basic process knowledge factory fivn

 

Job requirements:

• Technical education and long term experience in quality control
• Technical knowlede in reading drawings, measurement handling and metrology
• Good englisch skills in writing and speaking
• Experience in quality control especially in material testing (metal) is of advantage
• Independet and team-oriented working method
• Method knowledge in continous improvement
