• Makes sure that all coffee received at the warehouse, will always have a 100% sample taken correctly and in line with the quality analysis procedure
• Makes sure that all wet coffee is dried to the correct moisture content in accordance with customers’ requirements
• Guarantee that all the export ready coffee has complied with the standards set by the company and vietnamese standards and as per customer’s requirement
• Supervising the future technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
• Takes responsibility that tools, equipment, protective wear for the department are properly looked after, used correctly and kept in good condition at all times.
• Takes responsibility for creating a database on customers’ requirements, with details concerning cup profile, moisture, maximum authorized defects, etc…
• Takes responsibility for the weight to the reception and export, checks that the weighbridge used, is officially controlled.
• Immediately inform movements in the warehouse, of the arrival of trucks at the end of unloading etc etc ....
