Job Description

 

• To manager a 3-person team( at the start)
• To implement the plant laboratory and the required equipment, developing high quality standards and methods at our new Brewery in My Xuan A
• To work in conjunction with the other key-functions on site, ensuring that the quality standards are respected in all areas
• To encourage and support continuous improvements of the Quality along the process, up to the final product
• To ensure the traceability from the materials up to the trade
• To work in conjunction with the Central Quality key-contracts( policies, KPI’s, regulatory aspects, audits, reports, re-engineering and new product development projects…)
• To be the suppliers key-contract for the management of specifications, audits, litigations

 Budget Responsibility:

Assist senior management with the budgeting process high lighting any changes to costs that occur. Report any variances to original KN costing on a monthly basis

• According to PDP targets
• Implement HVB QA system at My Xuan Brewery factory
• Implement HVB QA Audit procedure at My Xuan Brewery
• Assist in trial and commissioning at My Xuan Brewery factory
• Audit selection process for raw material and packaging supplier

 

• General qualification
• University degree, preferable in Food Processing, Chemicals Engineering or QA related subject
• Relevant professional qualifications

Requirement

 

Minimum 5 years in quality management, including a demonstration of forward thinking, continuous improvement, prioritization and high quality underpinning our brands

Ability to provide inspiration and clear direction

Proven track record of effective QA Management

Strong internetworking background and extensive experience in the quality management at FMCG’s

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships wit suppliers and contract manufacturers
