-RESPONSIBLE TO: QHSE Manager, Dewsbury

-RESPONSIBLE FOR: (functional, managerial, and organisational)

-MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

-Assisting with all QHSE duties

-Generic Duties (relevant to all staff members).

-To promote a professional image of the company and themselves at all times.

-To contribute in identifying and undertaking initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

-To contribute to fully integrated and flexible operations in order to provide a good customer service.

-To maintain, develop and use appropriate electronic systems \ working practices for the benefit of the service.

-To work with and support other team members as required ensuring an effective and efficient service is developed and delivered.

-To provide management information as required for the use of the company.

-You will be expected to contribute to the Health, Safety & Environmental procedures of the company.

-To understand and be committed to equalities and diversity and to respect others’ values and beliefs and treat others with dignity and respect

-To understand and be committed to supporting the company’s Strategic Focus Areas.

-You will be expected to seek ways of updating and improving personal skills, knowledge and understanding relevant to your own job role. Magma shall undertake regular appraisal interviews with all staff in order to address individuals’ personal development needs and to produce a training and development plan for the company.

-Specific Duties (as required specifically for the post)

-Create and complete internal audits against ISO standards

-Perform process audits

-Assist with root cause analysis

-Help promote Health and Safety awareness

-Perform Product \ Material Inspections to Magma systems

-Perform lab duties when required to cover staff

-Perform other duties assigned by the QHSE Manager \ General Manager

-Ability to train others

-REQUIRED SKILLS (essential and desirable required)

-Must speak fluent English and Vietnamese

-Must be educated to Graduate Level

-It is essential to have experience of Forensic Management of Information

-Must have experience to carry out the duties of the post

-Must have knowledge of and worked with ISO 9001

-Essential: Eye for detail

-Essential: Can do attitude

-Essential: IT literate

-Essential: Willingness to learn and develop skill set

-Desirable: Previous HS&E experience

-Desirable: Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
