Job Description

- Generally operate and control company quality system.
- Sustainable improvement quality control to reduce defect in production. 

- Organise and training an excellent staff.
- Lead a team in all aspects of the QA process
- Develop test plans and test cases from product requirements and engineering specifications
- Schedule test rounds
- Work with project managers to highlight problems in development and ensure they are adequately informed to correct the imperfections reported

Job Requirement

- Graduate and have more than 3 years expericence in QA/ QC, Production and relevant fields.
- Knowledge of QA procedures and processes
- Good English skills
- Acknowlege at IOS9001:2008 is secondary request..
- Skill of training an excellent quality control staff
- Experience leading a test team a plus
- Experience creating test reports
- Enthusiastic and willing to take challenge at work, ability to plan quality control strategy – action – check – achieve – sustain in production is our piority expected.
