JOB PURPOSE

• Make sure products to consumers with good quality.
• Assure HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000 FSSC systems run effectively.
• Check, mornitoring, training, orientation and put forward general objectives as guideline for QC and QA staff.
• Corporate with other dept. to give solutions in improving shelf-life & quality

RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitoring, managing and issuing all quality standards and inspection procedures to ensure quality for food store chain and setlunch, cake, cookie coffee store chain.
• Main responsibility for the implementation, control and evaluation of issues related quality from raw materials to finished products.
• Arrange and arrange headcounts according to each work functions.
• Making regulation of products, free sale certificates, food safety business ... to meet domestic demand and export to international market.
• Attending with other departments to evaluate new suppliers and current suppliers periodically.
• Review and issue EHS procedure, WI for machine operation, determine CCPs for all products at factory according model HACCP of instant noodle & seasoning room.
• Representative for factory to solve quality issues with supplier or customers
• Report of quality issues periodically, review contents of material, documents before report to Factory Director
• Setting up a team for food sensory & 5S evaluation, internal audit at food factory and stores.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Factory Director.

REQUIREMENT

• Education/ profession: graduation from Food Industry University/College or Biotechnology
• Priority: have at least 5 year working experiment in food factory as the same position.
• Good communication skills, handle and solve possible problems.
• Internal audit skill
• Estbalish, control process follow standards (ISO 9001, HACCP/ ISO 22000, Halal)
