DUTIES:

• Lead team and monitor individual KPIs.
• Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and quality in compliance with company’s compliance policy.
• Perform supplier’s evaluation / audits.
• Review supplier’s performance for cost; materials availability, delivery times & price trends.
• Ensure that suppliers achieve on time delivery standard and the required quality.
• Plan the new orders and ensures the management of the orders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, Preferably Major: Sales, Purchasing, Marketing or related ones.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good command of English
• At least 2 years of working experience in purchasing field.
• Good use of MS Office
• Strong communication skill, negotiation skill
