MAIN TARGETS : Setting up machines to start a product cycle, maintain and operate machinary to ensuare the interminable and efficient running of production

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the qualitative, punctual and quantitative output.

• Stop production if there is a suspicion that non-compliant parts are being manufactured and a threat to the environment or occupational safety.

• Compliance with work processes and other work regulations

• Thiết lập thông số cài đặt chuyền Lắp ráp/ Setting up Assembly parameter

• Viết các hướng dẫn công việc liên quan đến công đoạn Lắp ráp và huấn luyện cho nhân viên vận hành./ Creating work instruction related to Assembly process and training for Assembly Operators.

• Theo dõi mức tiêu thụ công cụ, đồ gá để đảm bảo chí phí sản xuất tốt nhất & qui trình sản xuất nhịp nhàng./ Follow up tools consumption to ensure the best production cost and producing smoothly.

• Chuyển loại và cài đặt máy./ Change -over type and setup

• Phân tích quy trình sản xuất và giải quyết vấn đề trong sản xuất/Analysing of production process and solving the problem from root cause

• Ghi nhận, xử lý dữ liệu và báo cáo./ Record, analyse data, report ability.

• Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố (máy, chất lượng.v.v)./ Troubleshooting support (machine, quality…etc)

• Tham gia các dự án cải tiến qui trình sản xuất để đạt mục tiêu chi phí sản xuất ở mức tốt nhất./ Contribute to improving project for the best production cost achievement.

• Other tasks required by manager

​ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Independent safe setup of assembly machines according to data specifications.

• Material change, tool change, adjustment, troubleshooting, mech. Repairs.

• Creating a test order and testing according to work instructions.

• Cleaning of important machine components. 

• Maintenance according to maintenance schedule to be carried out.

• Inspection of parts at fixed intervals.

• Downtime reduction and increase of productivity.
