Principal Accountabilities:
Respond to senior management level all coil & extrusion coating business in Viet Nam
Roles & Responsibility
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy, sales plan for coil & extrusion coating segment to meet the existing targets & needs for sustainable profitable growth.
- Prepare all action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Do records of all pricings, sales, sales forecast and activity reports
- Follow up all authorities accounts
- Join all training conducted by manager to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Co-ordinate with technical team to develop a new paint technology & product platform to meet market & customer requirement
- Co-ordinate with other departments for all cost saving projects
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management in coating business
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Good in writing, communication in English
