JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Able to do air-con system design and load estimation.
• Able to do equipment selection / cost calculation and prepare costing, quotation, ordering document.
• Able to work with consultant and submission of tender.
• Able to prepare and conduct the product presentation to Contractors/Consultants/Owners.
• Responsible for achieving sales result.
• Knowledge in working with factories and Sales offices.
• Prepare monthly job tracking reports on handing projects.
• Source for potential projects in responsible area.
• Periodically check on project status.
• Work independently, but refers serious or non-routine problems to Sales Manager.
• Compiles market information on competitors’ prices and activities properly.
• Liaise with Logistics Dept on shipment status and maintain communication with customers.

QUALIFICATION

• University graduate with HVAC engineering knowledge.
• At least two-year work experience in sales position.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good command of computer skills eg: MS Offices, AutoCad.
