• Manage projects in compliance with the company policies and strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects in compliance with the company Project Management UCCD-process and according to Project Governance procedures
• Based on the contract and within the project, manage integration, scope, human resource, time, cost, procurement, communication , quality and risk
• Report to Project Board and Director, Project Management Plan, control and follow-up economy, resources, time and quality
• Act as a good leader
• Ensure that project processes and procedures are adhered to
• Define & communicate time plan to all members of the project team and secure the team´s commitment. Make follow up on a regular basis
• Determine the project budget and perform budget control and checks cost on a regular basis
• Make sure that the engineering solution complies with the scope of the production solution
• Continuously seek ways to improve the project work in order to deliver agreed solution at a lower cost and within shorter time
• Continuously evaluate the solutions and report points of improvements and hazards
• Evaluate impact of changes in the scope, design changes or variation orders
• Hold and document project meetings regularly
• Communicate and document all information relevant to the project and make sure the information is available to all team members
• Promote team building and constructive feedback

Authorities:
• To manage the project, and to represent the company in negotiations and discussions within the framework of contractual obligations
• Responsible of project budget, delivery schedule and scope of undertaking.
• To make decisions in order to reach the project goal

Requirement


Fluency of the English language, oral and written; minimum level of mastery of the styles of writing and oral presentation techniques
• BS Engineering degree or technical equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of actual Project Management experience in a refutable company. Experience in food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCad
• Good knowledge of PCs and commonly used MS Office software (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word)
• Basic understanding in Financial processes.
• Desirable - Experience of working in a client focused environment.
