Job Responsibilities:

• Take on the Consultant Representative role and provide leadership to the project
• Responsible for managing overall construction and completion stage of the project (Time, Cost, Quality, Safety, and Risk)
• Managing site supervision team of the Consultant
• Chair regular meetings and develop construction progress reports in English language as per Client's requirements.
• Report directly to the Project Director all aspect of project in timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Electrical or Architecture and have minimum 8 to 10  years’ experience  in Project/Construction Management
• Preference will be given to applicants with PMP qualification
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese (4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
• Valid supervision license issued by MOC as per latest regulation
• Experience on international / FDI projects
