Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and coordinate the submission of project legal documents to obtain principal approval, master plan approval, investment license, basic/technical design, construction permit, LURCs.
• Identify and interpret emerging state rules and legislation proactively, as well as changes to current guidelines and regulations
• Establish and maintain technical / professional partnerships with government and state regulatory authorities and case managers
• Responsible for driving different opportunities for market creation from current and established consumers
• Managing initial regulatory due diligence and offering guidance during the investment assessment process on the legal implications of prospective ventures

Requirements

• University Degree in business or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in related field
• Knowledge of laws and procedures for investment projects
• Persistence, ingenuity in collecting information from each relationship (authorities, partners) to solve our own problems
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills are also required
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
