RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program Development Engineering - dedicated to providing full-service engineering, project management & operational support to key customer accounts.
  • Technical project management: Plan & coordinate project schedules, goals & milestones; assign tasks to company’s staff & coordinate with external vendors in support of customer objectives.
  • Serve as lead coordinator for all initiatives related to business lines. I.e. new business development; new process development; cost down projects.
  • Collaborate with internal resources on DFM strategies. E.g. tooling and injection; electronics; assembly; and test.
  • Technical administration: manage customer communication; Receive & release technical documentation for revision accuracy & to reflect the production status of product SKUs; create and maintain necessary planning documentation; publish status reports for key corporate stakeholders.
  • Supply chain planning: Play an active role managing 3rd party supplier & internal development, evaluation & confirmation of manufacturing capacity under the guidance of the Director of Operations.
  • Internal factory coordination: Lead appropriate planning & execution sessions, provide leadership for internal teams and facilitate inter-departmental cooperation & coordination in support of dynamic customer production demands

• Additional roles
  • Manage quarterly pricing review process.
  • Support continuous improvement activities from both Quality and Production teams.
  • Participate in business development and sales functions.
  • Additional roles as defined by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate is Viet Kieu or foreigner (Western or Asia) or high-level of Vietnamese (preferable expats already in VN or in the region, south-China in similar manufacturing fields who willing to move to VN)
• Compensation based on candidate background and experience.
• Preferably an Engineering degree major in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics and /or Industrial Management. At least bachelor level.
• No direct to employee report
