• Production planing and process optimization (40%)
• Documentation of key support and/or manufacturing processes and procedures
• Actively participates in solving operational problems and provides trouble shooting leadership
• Training & development of employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background: Mechanic/Mechatronics/Electric
• At least 3 year experiences in TPM, lean, people management, Productivity; Cost; Products; Continuoust Improvement.
• English: basic communication
