Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production work orders and order allocations with merchants and suppliers to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
• Work from engineering plans to establish production schedules
• Provide input to management regarding any needs to reschedule in case of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions
• Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures for unreleased products
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business or related studies Minimum 7 years of solid production planning and inventory control experience from
• garment manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant PPC Manager)
• Comprehensive knowledge in woven and knit garment production
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Chinese - Mandarin/Putonghua as well will be a strong advantage)
• Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
• Willing to station in the factory in Phu Tho Province
