Requirements:

- Over 10 years working experience in Electronics Assembly Industry (preferably in switching power supply). PCB Assembly process, SMT Process

- The last working title at least Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in Production Dept.

- Able to manage manpower to fill up production ranks (plan, recruit, training, assign, discipline)

- Able to take order from upper executive

- Able to organize effective department

- Good command in English( speaking, writing, presentation)

- University degree is prefer or has climbed up ranks in organization after many years of working experience

- Good leadership, management skill, planning skill, teamwork & independent
