Duties:

• Supervise the daily operation of production line, monitor the production plan,quality and manage the operation of a factory of 1500 to 2000 employees.
• Cost and budget control.
• Deliver KPI assisgned by management.
• Improve the efficiency of the production line and achieve the daily output of target.
• Responsible for supervision, guidanec and provide training to Technician and Line Leaders.
• Execute production system, implement production schedule, ensure smooth production line and delivery on time.

Requirements:

• 10 year experiences in solid plant operation experience with 5 year experiences in management.
• Must have garment experience, swimwear and linderie experience will be a plus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese language.
