• Plan, direct, monitor and control all production activities in the plant to maximize the use of organization resources and meet established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, quality targets and standards
• Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and operating procedures while allocating labor and capital resources to maximize productivity
• Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend practical solutions that will improve overall performance
• Plan, prioritize and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules
• Lead, direct and develop the production team to ensure that production activities can meet established targets and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 8 years relevant experience in production management, in which 5 years at management level gained from sizeable organizations
• Proven track record in change management and delivery of outstanding operational results
• Solid SAP experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving capability
• Excellent leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Vietnamese, English & Chinese (if possible)
