Production Line Management, Quality Assurance, On-Time delivery. Evaluate suppliers quality process and capability. Support and lead onsite production team to manage suppliers ensurance of Company production meeting product requirements, quality standards and delivery schedule

• Daily production monitoring and line evaluations including, quality assuance and process compliance evaluations.
• Review and decide to reject or release material lab test report.
• Checking production lines (from cutting to packaging), issue and correct immediately all problems are happening on the lines. Prioritizing and problem solving operational issues.
• Random check material / finished goods warehouse to ensure that factory strictly follows S.O.P.
• Random check if factory strictly follows Code of Conduct.
• Review Zero Defect Area/ iCat finshed good inspection / Q.A audits
• Review factory’s material delivery report with production planning head.
• Review CPR / Pull Forward Report compare with Shipping Schedule to ensure on time delivery.
• Weekly Quality Presentation Meeting with factory’s production / Q.C / Q.A head and all related local production leaders.
• Meeting with factory manager to review all happened in the factory during the week.
• Daily meeting with Production Assistance to ensure all information are correct, on time.
• Submit Red Flags /Major Issues to Branch Manager
• Submit Monthly Dashboard & KPIs Report to Branch Manager
• Working with Engineering Manager to conduct / review Production Trail Run. All products set with correct S.O.P.
• Communicate with Customer Service / Planning Department to ensure that all information is on time.
• Verify CPR versus DPSR prior to submission. Bi-Weekely submission to Branch Manager and Planning Dept.
• Ensure material is used according to the material specification
• Task 1: Product Quality Assurance. Daily Production Line Evaluation, Finish Goods inspection, Lab testing checking and validation, QA auditing and support. Hosting weekly quality meetings, Attending PTR trials. (time spent) 60%
• Task 2: On time Delivery & Production planning. Weekly Capacity Planning report monitoring. Daily productivity review. Material delivery schedules reviews of key projects. 20 %
• Task 3: Project management support towards PACE Production and Quality Assurance initiatives. 10 %
• Task 4: KPI monitoing & montly reporting support. Supporting factory source on monthly report accuracy & submission. 5 %
• Task 5: People Development. Coach and mentor subordinate(s) including key factory stakeholders on company’s corporate values and seasonal KPI goals. Supporting and coaching collaborative problem-solving techniques to achieve best quality performance
