Responsible for all production activities of furniture manufacturing plant (Wood, Board & Metal).
Responsible for all Production planning, Manpower planning, Material planning, Maintenance & Process control.
Ensuring the target and Quality of the Products of all units under my supervision.
Continuously improving the performance of production units and assets through operational leadership.
Implementing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), effective asset care and use of appropriate technology to produce consistently the right product at the right quality in the right amounts.
Transferring technology and production best practice to the operational personnel thus to improve skill and efficiency.
Control inventory. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Ensuring the Preventive maintenance job with the maintenance team to avoid unwanted break down.
Preparing periodic production plan & all others necessary documents monthly/daily basis for achieving production target.
Critical evaluation of each step of production operation, leading to suggestion in improvement of process, equipment, layout etc.
Supporting line management in troubleshooting, re-commissioning and efficient operation of the plant to reduce downtime.
Proper Coordinating & supporting to the Distribution, Sales & Marketing team.
Conducting Functional, ISO, Safety, QCC, 5S etc. training of the employees.
Conducting Weekly & Monthly meeting with the subordinates.
