Job Description:

Ensure that products are produced at the rate needed to meet customer demand
Ensure that products are not faulty
Also responsible for carrying out special assignment in compliance with government regulatory agencies, developing company health and safety policies
Equipment set-up and process optimization
Line balancing of equipment is properly optimized.
Documentation of key support and/or manufacturing processes and procedures.
New processes or process changes are reviewed, evaluated, and documented
Process and throughput charts are updated and released on a regular basis
Manufacturing operations support
Ensuring output to meet production plan & meeting productivity.
Major operational problems are identified and remedies are developed.
Analytical trouble-shooting techniques are used to solve problems.
Lead and/or participate in resolutions or problem, which may be people, machinery or process related.
Be in charge of employ plan and make sure that cross-train conducted properly to ensure output
Training & development of employees including coaching , transmitting knowledge & skills to team member
KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRA)
Provide customers right product in the right quantity and quality at the right time
Improve productivity, assure quality and reduce costs
Initiate/Conduct/Monitor improvement projects to achieve targets within budget, that must include Follow up activity.
Continuous and relentless improvement
Hands-on to involve process and production activity is a must.
Noise & heat working environment
Production output of over 3 Million pieces per year
Size of Plant: approx. 3,000 employees
BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
years of experience: 2 years + experience
two years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality roles in manufacturing companies is appreciated.

Problem solving and analytical skills
Well developed oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC (Statistical process control) and other statistical methods are required
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or TOC is a plus
Being fluent in English
Proficient computer skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software
