- Define the strategy of the plants, adapting it to the constraints and the stakes of this one.
- Guarantee the satisfaction of the demand, by carrying out production programs in accordance with the industrial performance indicators SQCDI (Health - Safety, Quality, Costs, Delay, Involvement)
- Anticipate the necessary changes in skills and technical means in order to facilitate the launch of new products and reduce the production costs to the fairest (skills development)
- Define, coordinate and implement all the means and organizations to satisfy the customer needs expressed by the logistics function
- Manage industrial performance on a day-to-day basis by optimizing resources, productivity and the production service rate, thus increasing the contribution to the realization of the turnover and the margins of the site.
- Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication to develop employee cohesion and motivation
- Evaluate and define the skills development needs of its employees.
- Encourage and maintain a high level of staff mobilization, by ensuring high involvement of people, and, in collaboration with Human Resources function, maintain a permanent and constructive dialogue with staff representatives / Trade-Unions
- Conduct its organization towards operational excellence through the OPS project (Operation Performance SEB) by ensuring the continuous and sustainable improvement with people involvement.
- Acting on a day-to-day basis to protect the health and safety of people in their work situations and protect the environment.
- Operational teams management: production, maintenance, process engineering
- As Production Director, interface with support services to meet every day industrial challenges
MAIN COMPETENCES REQUIRED:
- High education towards technical context (Mechanical, Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology)
- Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in a large production environment
- Common Practice of Continuous Improvement Tools and Methods
- Strinng Knowledge about Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Maintenance & Methods
