Job Description

  • Responsible for developing overall marketing strategy and competitive growth strategies for a product line.
  • Monitors and reports on the positioning of the product in the market to all the areas to allow suitable decision-making.
  • Recommends and oversees the execution of sales objectives and promotional programs.

  • Develops sales and marketing objectives for a line of products including sales volume and profit forecasts.

  • Manages marketing policy, sales promotion, distribution and pricing strategies.

  • Co-ordinates between distribution centers and sales forces.
  • Interprets market research and customer response to product line.
  • Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.
  • Manages and trains marketing representatives.
  • Guidance received: follow general policies and procedures.
  • Complexity of analysis: develops new solutions to identified and defined problems by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Impact of decisions: moderate impact on profit enhancements, cost reduction, or operating efficiency with short-term impact.


Requirement

  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years’ experience
  • Special Knowledge: Advertising, Market Research
