Job purpose:

• Management issues related to nutrition brand products (poultry, cattle, aqua) markets
• Connect and advise brand products department (poultry, cattle, aqua) and formula department when improve products and/or design new products.

Key responsibilities

• Update information about nutritional of the product, supervise animal performance in order to determine result upon any changes in nutrition of the formula
• Perform POP, any experiment product on the market.
• Based on market demand; collect information from opponents to propose new products
• Training staff about product characteritics before put into the market
• Update information, collect market feedback when sell new products.
• Cooperate with marketing sfaffs, sale staffs to promoteproducts to market.
• Training employees and organization, make seminars for customers.
• Announce product quanlity, fooditems which allow circulating, adjusting package according to rules.
• Update documents of law relating to products, do the sample test, analyse and reslove the punishment from government
• Cooperate with ISO officer to exchange, improve production process, food safety
• Update professional knowledge from experts in Holland, college, university.
• Feedback information relating to product quality to experts.
• Evict products if there areproblem about unsafety food hygiene
• Other duties given by Technical Manager

Requirements:

• Graduated from University of agriculture, major in animal husbandry, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine or aquaculture
• 2 years experience or above at similar roles
• Have knowledge about poultry, cattle, aqua production in Vietnam
• Communication skill
