Set the vision, strategic direction,
expectations and annual objectives for the overall procurement organization
including development of procurement KPI’s
Building on current design the leader will complete the organizational
development, lead and execute the transformation of the procurement function
and the SAP system to support it.
Implement innovative solutions to address the business unit goals, activities
and resources needed to manage all non-compensations general administrative
spend and vendor agreements.
Forecast procurement costs on a quarterly basis and provide input costs for
the annual company budget process.
Develop and deliver aggressive cost reduction goals through unit price,
rebates, single source and vendor consolidation and process
improvements.
Communicate on a consistent basis with executives and managers in order to
establish and execute integrated procurement initiatives
Develop, implement and leverage a repeatable, disciplined approach to
implement best practice agreements, organization wide, focused on total cost
effectiveness, enhanced service levels, improved coordination and risk
compliance.
Lead, develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies, best practices and
initiatives to support aggressive improvements in supplier quality, delivery,
pricing, lead times, payment and other areas as identified.
Drive consolidation of spend and seek out synergies across business units
where applicable.
Benchmark, track and analyze annual performance metrics and sourcing trends
against budget and vendor performance to demonstrate continuous improvement and
progress against strategic objectives.
Ensure all activities within the procurement organization comply with
internal policy and compliance requirements.
Build, develop, coach and support an effective leadership team to drive
achievement of organizational objectives by identifying opportunities for
growth and learning while fostering a high performance culture.
Serve as a change agent and innovative leader for business initiatives and
ensure the human element is understood and considered.
Requirement:
At least 5-year experiences at Manager level in manufacturing
environment, prefer FMCG procurement experiences
A bachelor’s degree
Result-oriented with high adaptation and capability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Good analytical, problem solving, time management and presentation skills
Fluent in English and master in computer office skills
