JOB PURPOSE: Ensure all assignments and procedures in the production and printing are effectively implemented as functions and tasks.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Monitor printing lines including productive, technical and quality issues.
2. Test new material in printing ink and comparing the effective of material from suppliers.
3. Manage and build up working process for silk screen making room and ink mixing room.
4. Cooperate with production & maintenance department to troubleshoot all the problems of printing machines to increase production process and saving production cost.
5. Cooperate with sales department to consult and solve all technical issues for customers.
6. Improve the quality of existing products and develop new products as well.
7. Strictly follow up the quality of printing products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. ​Knowledge, education, training: University Graduation in Garment/Fashion. Good knowledge of chemical.
2. Experience: 5 years experience in the post of HR.
3. Abilities, skills: ​
