Main Responsibilities:

Operating the production activities of the factory according to the goals/targets that are assigned based on the strategic direction and the consistency of the operational management system, the business plans have been approved thoroughly from the Board of Directors.

Checking, controlling and supporting functional units at the factory to carry out the operation that are suitable to the regulations, requirements stated in the policy, regulation, procedure, system which is consistency issued from the Board General Manager and the functional blocks.

Periodically report to the Board of Directors about the implementation plan production, corporate governance as well as the construction and presentation of specific actions for the next period in order to realize the goals outlined in the business planning, budget control, cost for production in accordance with the provisions about reporting and management system of the factory operation.

Requirements:

-University degree.

-Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in the food manufacturing company or FMCG.

-Executive producer skills, the electrical management, logistics, finance and accounting, human resources, purchasing in large-scale companies.
