Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Managing all elements of SCM planning and inventory for all product categories, including materials and finish goods responsibilities
• Working collaboratively with other stake holders to improve deliver accuracy, rolling and timely planning, including working and aligning sales demand forecast, materials forecast and production forecast
• Managing and implementing the S&OP process within the team to ensure full understanding of their category in line with overall department strategy
• Manage the activities necessary for both the short and long term planning cycles and work with other functions to ensure accuracy
• Manage and implement agreed activities to develop requirements for the businesses that will contribute to targeted inventory turns and sustain required customer service levels
• Assist new product development in terms of new materials planning as well as delivery planning
• Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements actions
• Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis
• Joining activities of highlighting and addressing supply chain issues that could affect the business, highlighting risks and propose actions focusing on planning topics
• Manage the development of inventory targets (budget and ongoing), implement agreed activities and initiatives to optimize
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Knowledge: S&OP, forecasting, scheduling, inventory management, MRP and ERP
• Education: University graduate in business administration, MBA is a plus
• Experience: at least 3-5 years at the same level for an FMCG manufacturer
