â€¢ Maintains and upgrades service standards to ensure full customer satisfaction.
â€¢ Responds pro-actively and promptly to satisfy customers needs.
â€¢ Conducts customer surveys and manages the secret shopper survey programs.
â€¢ Is sales driven and ensure all staff in stores are sales needs.
â€¢ Sets up and maintains cost and labor controls.
â€¢ Ensure all stores carry full stock according to the layout plans
â€¢ Responsible for loss prevention and innovations.
â€¢ Responsible for store management supervision including but not limited to directing of management team, corrective counseling, and issuing management evaluations.
â€¢ Acts as liaison between corporate and management personnel and coordinates with other Senior Management Members.
â€¢ Executes effective store visits and store audits.
â€¢ Ensures appropriate and effective training for Store Managers/Staff.
+ Minimum 5 years of FMCG or retail experience. Preference would be given to those with modern trade background.
+ At least 3 years at management level
+ Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office program.
+ Proficient in spoken and written English
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.
+ Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
