Principal activites / TACHES du poste:

oCentralized communication related to NPI to the

oDrive the NPI demand according to the supply Chain forecast and communicate it to the organization

oJointly responsible with the IPL of Central NPI approval

oAssist IPL during the product pre-production /transfer to the EMS site

o Drive to close NPI outstanding production issues after NPI/Transfer is complete

oSupport Quality improvement plan related to process and product design changes

o Work with the EMS process engineering to optimize and balance product cost added value

oPerform regular audit to warranty good execution of ECO on manufacturing line

o Lead trial in Production according to the TIP process

oDevelop local supplier (process to be finalized)

oCheck manufacturing file consistency and application

oComplete manufacturing files to support further transfer to the other EMS

 

OTHER responsIbilités: (if applicable)

·Provide monthly report to Central NPI EMS co-ordinator

·Provide weekly report to Central NPI EMS co-ordinator

·To co-ordinate the planning and buy-off of new BB line

·To work with EMS to source and validate local suppliers for product cost reduction and delivery efficiency.
