1. Position: NPI Engineer

2. Gender: No preference

3. Qualification: Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

4. Skills/Experience:

- Minimum of 3years working in an NPI/Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Development organization

- Strong problem solving skills to resolve build, design, or qualityissues and draw conclusions from experiments

- Drive to close NPI outstanding production issues after NPI/Transfer is complete

- Experience with formal change control (ECN) and BOMS is a plus

- Skills to work effectively within teams, and/or independently in a fast paced environment

- Work with the EMS process engineering to optimize and balance product cost added value

- Attention to detail when performing experiments and process characterizations

- Experience working for an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company is advantageous

- Machine tool & fixture development experience is a plus

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

- Knowledge on ISO working environment an advantages

- Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Office is essential
