Job Description:
  • SalesForce: Set up the sales team and develop people by recruiting, evaluating, selecting potential people, good performance for long term development.
  • Develop the right people to ensure manpower development.
  • Keep, motivate and create a loyal sales team.
  • Create loyal customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team
  • Motivate and maximize the productivity of the sales team.
  • Establish an effective and practical call plan in cooperation with Sales sup, ASM, RSM, DNSM.
  • Recruit manpower in the region to serve the business plans.
  • Training effective supervisory skills for SS, ASM, RSM, DNSM.
  • Build a good relationship with distributors and all departments of the company
  • Analyzing sales result.
  • Check and follow-up sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on
  • Set up sales target & follow-up the realization of the Sales team.
  • Up-date all information: company sales policy, product knowledge, price, promotion campaign, competitors…
  • Organize a monthly meeting with the sales team to review the market situation, identify the problem to find the proper solution;
  • Evaluate SR, SS, ASM, RSM, DNSM performance and give necessary training to Sales Rep, SS, ASM, RSM, DNSM (product knowledge, selling skill, Supervisory skill…) to improve and develop their competence.
  • Set up KPI’s for sales team.
  • Coaching the sales team in the field to help them a good solution
  • Diversify more distribution channels to increase market share.
  • Develop the sales force to serve distribution channels
  • Set up the management system to control sales activity.
  • Suggest a promotion program for customers.
  • Achieve the sales target of the company.
  • Business Objective: Generate profitable and sustainable growth of territory assigned.
  • Distribution system: Look for potential candidates to become the company’s distributors.
  • Achieve distribution target by expanding new outlets and serve existing outlets
  • To ensure the company’s products are distributed and good visibilities
  • Sales Management: follow up a management system and process of the company strictly.
  • Customer Service: adhere to other departments (accounting, logistics, administration….) to supply good service for customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of sales experience in a middle / senior management capacity in a relevant industry
  • Have a detailed understanding of critical success factors with in the area of FMCG industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Have developed interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
  • A natural leader, analytical thinker has managed sales team of over 500 people and the ability to work effectively under pressure
