1/ Job Purpose:
The national sales manager leads the Sales Organization for the Food Services business in Vietnam
- Lead and manage the Foodservices Sales Team
- Put in place strong sales strategies to deliver the strategic plan
- Build the sales operations and customer service capability of the Foodservices Area Managers, Distributors and Distribution sales teams
2/ Job duties & Responsibility
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, execution and follow-thru
- Responsible for managing and developing customers in the responsible market to achieve sales target
- Allocating areas to area sales managers and the sales representatives
- Manage sales resource and operational planning to ensure effective sales execution of the Channel Plans.
- Prepare national sales report and decide sales targets for Areas Sales Managers
- Assessment and recommendation of suitable distributors to develop new sales channels and geographies.
- Handling customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
3/ Job requirement (education, experience, skill)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good English speaking skills; basic excel, word, PowerPoint
- Good selling skills; Good communication and negotiation skills; Selling & coaching skill; Team management; Planning and execution; Customer focus
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- 12 to 15 years of industry experience with at least 2-3 years in a Regional Sales Manager role in Food Industry
