National MT Manager

DUTIES:

  • Completing sales plan of MT channel nationwide
  • Building orientation, strategy, investment plans and business cooperation for supermarket channel nationwide, negotiate commercial contracts with majorsupermarket chains
  • Planning regulations, policies, organizational structure of business activities of supermarkets channel nationwide based on the general orientation of the company
  • Building , deploying and managing the investment budget for the MT channel nationwide
  • Directly managing , directing, conducting, guiding and evaluating professional activities of the Supermarket Administration / Operations / Supervisor of MT channel nationwide
  • Recruiting, training and developing: the carde of Management / Operation / Supervision of MT channel nationwide
  • Building and developing a competitive advantage in MT channel nationwide (market share, image ...)
  • Coordinating, establishing and fully implementing the sales targets to region, supermarket chain, industry ...
  • Orientedly deploying and managing ofequipment, advertising items of the
  • Company in accordance with the provisions of the Sales Department
  • Cooperating, receiving and processing the information with other departments
  • Accounting, Customer Service, Storage & Logistic, Marketing, Plan of the Company and its subsidiaries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA, prefer BA in Business Administration, Economics and Foreign Trade or equivalent
    Preferred have 5 years experience in sales senior management of MT channel nationwide
  • Have deep knowledge in business, marketing
    Knowledge of basic financial
    Leadership skill
    Negotiation skills, presentation, good communication
    Ability to make decisions and problem solving skill
    Ability to recruit, train and coach.
    Ability to plan, stratergy, budgeting, investing ...
    Professional knowledge about: customer management, industry, trade support (Trade Marketing) 
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Be honest
  • Good English Communication
  • Computer skill: Good
  • Willing to go on frequent business trip
