Job Description:

Job Summary

  • To increase business value of the company segments in the Modern Trade channel through effective implementation of the channel RTM initiatives
  • Responsible to drive distribution and display, within the set guidelines and agreed budgets.
  • Develop the distributor MT sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable through hands-on accomplishment of:
    • RTM Plan, Implementation and development
    • Execution in the market
    • Distributor management and coordination
    • Building distributor MT sales team (3rd party) engagement and capabilities.
    • Efficient spend of TP and within budget
    • Freshness of products
    • Good Governance of the sales unit
  • Responsible for achieving the following through working with Hub Functional Team, and facilitating direct reports to deliver:
    • Quality and on time execution of activities
    • Display guidelines, right range
    • Effective sales ground activities
  • To manage sales targets, TP & D&E budgets
  • Manage and co-ordinate implementation of brand & sales activities.
  • Ensure distributors are properly briefed of the Business Plan and clarity of delivery through managing and measuring work.

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Modern Trade channel; MNC FMCG
