Responsibilities

1. Direct deal with oversea designers and buyers for development
2. Responsible for sourcing, product development, costing, sampling and bulk follow up
3. Maintain the competitive terms & price with suppliers/vendors
4. Formulate the cost-effective and optimal order management
5. Identify and analyses problems and propose solution
6. Optimize the business profit margin by streamlining the logistics cost and ensuring the on-time delivery schedule
7. Trips to local and overseas suppliers required

Requirements

1. U-grad. or above of relevant subjects in textiles and clothing is highly preferable
2. Strong sourcing network in Korea , and Asia
3. Minimum 15 years' working experience in sizable multi-national companies, with at least 5 years' at managerial level, solid experience in Buying office & USA market is a definite advantage
4. Solid experience in
   1. Ladies High Fashion items ( woven and Knit – dress, jackets, suits, bottoms, blouses , etc ) 
   2. Woven Men’s Wear (shirts, bottom, casual wear )
5. Strong sourcing, and development experience
6. Proficient in PC applications, good language skills – Vietnamese, English... etc.
7. Well organized and able to work independently, multi-tasks, flexible with proven job knowledge
8. Team-player, initiative, proactive, flexible, able to work under pressure and overtime
9. Immediate availability preferred
