Description

• Maintain factory performance scorecards
• Receive the main order and making sure a complete order has been received before distribution
• Escalate to next level in obtain details In instances where there is delays or grey areas
• Combine the overall order confirmation and align with Brands on the dates
• Hold overall view of the Liabilities and attend to disputes
• Engage with US counterparts to review overall view of the PSR
• Attend to OTD meetings for internal and external
• Verify the necessity of a new factory and aligning with Demand Planning team on the requirement
• Liaise with compliance and QA to support quality resolution and audit the factory
• Drive for production process improvements and changes
• Drive for proper documentation and system updates for new factory set up

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience in following up time and actions
• Relevant capability in designated function
• Development & Costing – costing, consumption, risk assessment, product development
• Production Management – order and calendar management, factory management
• Demand Planning – projection, capacity/loading planning
• Proven record in excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent
