Prepares/ updates training materials of existing/ new
products (i.e., search for supporting documents, references and or updated
information) and coordinates with brand management team to get the
marketing strategy for products for training purpose.
Trains new and existing Sales
Supervisors/PSRs/TDRs/Field Marketing Coordinators about medical and
product knowledge; and assesses their result after training courses.
Assists the Medical Manager to identify other training
needs of sales force by developing new in-house training programs or by
identifying qualified 3rd party training providers.
Prepares package inserts with medical references,
supporting documents for product registration.
Gives medical input in key projects / marketing
plans/activities as required; supports marketing & sales force to
organize CMEs, medical events, symposia upon request.
Assists marketing function in answering medical/product
questions from doctors/pharmacist/end-users/sales force.
Supports Marketing Team by providing appropriate
medical references & studies for promotional materials development
(i.e, brochures, posters, product advertisements, detailing, Group Product
Presentation...)
Supports sales force by providing medical information
or clinical studies requested by MDs, key opinion leaders, key pharmacists
and other important customers.
Maintains and expands contacts with key opinion
leaders, medical associations to get their support/advice.
Updates medical trends of key and relevant therapeutic
areas to Marketing people and key sales persons to assist them in
developing new products and new markets.
Assists Medical Manager in reporting adverse reactions
related to UPI products according to Pharmacovigilance Guideline approved
by GM.
Draws up and supervises compliance with guidelines and
procedures to ensure Good Clinical Practice, if any.
Skills:
Medical qualification, such as Medical Doctor
Wһеrе possible, postgraduate qualifications іn a
relevant medical specialty.
Knowledge of Vietnamese Law
Fluent in spoken and written English
At least 3 years clinical experience
Preferred pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience іn аll aspects οf drug information
(enquires, adverse event reporting, training, critical literature
evaluation, working knowledge οf relevant industry codes).
