Job Description:

Drivers (Recruitment)

• Hiring strategies for high volume driver recruitment (300+ drivers monthly); 
• Recruitment system & HR Innovation; take initiative in recruitment;
• Plan the manpower and work with relevant managers for increasing volume of drivers recruited;
• Plan new recruitment sources and methods to meet aggressive driver recruitment target (by year, month, week etc.);
• Accountable for key reports/metrics related to headcount, hiring, attrition, budget;

Requirements:

• Bachelor of HR management, Laws, Economics or relevant fields;
• 5+ years of experience at equivalent roles or Have experience at HR Director position and Mass recruitment
• Deep understanding in Mass recruitment
• Having knowledge in Automotive/Ridesharing/Taxi industries is a plus
• Set up experience is preferred
• Deep knowledge of labour law
• Energetic, proactive and able to work independently
• Result Driven
