Undertake such promotional, advertising and marketing activities that will have the effect of increasing Showroom pedestrian traffic and Service throughputs and enquiry in the Company Dealer premises.
Promote Our client through various channels in order to increase clientâ€™s brand awareness in the market
Plan marketing and advertising measures, sales and marketing events, customer contact, etc., and oversee their implementation;
Liaise with client for marketing and sales events as necessary
Ensure full compliance and adherence to the clientâ€™s Dealer Standards as they apply from time to time.
Maintain a close, transparent, professional and cordial business relationship with the Principal.
Observation of Market
Observe the car market in the designated market area as well as to analyze and evaluate trends and market changes
Monitor the activities of the competitors
Develop marketing and advertising measures, events, customer contact, etc., and implement as authorized and approved
Calculate costs and evaluate benefits
Plan the budget and monitor the implementation on monthly basis to ensure the most effective marketing programs
Create and implement advertising measures as directed and approved
Budget, manage and indentify advertising opportunities
Prepare photo shoots.
Events / Sales Promotion
Plan, prepare, and organize events and negotiate with the relevant service providers as authorized and approved and in consultation with Dealer Management
Use Sales and Service promotion measures recommended by the client brand and implement in-house sales promotion measures
Deliver an events program to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met.
Organize and attend events and exhibitions as necessary.
Customer Database / Direct Mails
Select customer data according to target group criteria and check the quality of the customer data in cooperation with CRM colleagues
Create and implement mailing campaigns
Inform Sales and/or Service about all customer contacts
Analyze the effectiveness of advertising measures and to compare the figures with targets
Manage the marketing budget on a day to day basis.
-Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers as necessary and as approved.
Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Develop strategic relations to secure appropriate co-involvement/partnerships to assist with the funding/promotion of marketing projects where necessary.

Develop and maximize third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies.
Liaise and build relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally this could mean different related and supporting departments.
Contribute to the strategic planning of marketing plans to drive forward agreed company objectives.
Approximately 2-4 years of experience in the marketing industry.
Experience with a company in a related company sector.
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
High levels of creativity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good levels of numeracy
A clear understanding of the brand you are to work on.
Able to work within small team environment
Working knowledge of the Vietnam prestige/luxury passenger car market
Advanced automotive market research skills and abilities
Understanding of automotive customer behaviors and decision-making processes in relation to Sales and Service
