SUMMARY OF ROLE
- To perform sales and management of chemicals products in Vietnam’s market.
- To be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed with the Head Office.
- To take responsibility for originating and planning marketing related campaigns in conjunction with company’s mission and vision.
- To regularly supply market research information to the Management to enable effectively penetrate Vietnam’s market.
Responsible for: Head quarter’s Senior Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing (50%)
- To support the overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally.
- To conduct market research, source and identify potential customers in Vietnam.
- To attend performances and other events as required out of normal office hours.
- To ensure Company’s presence in industry’s events (especially in chemicals fields), expand company’s outreach in Vietnam.
- To ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed.
- To manage and maintain positive relationships with all suppliers and customers in Vietnam
- To develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through delivery.
- To support the Company’s archive function by archiving relevant marketing material.
- To undertake any reasonable duties at the request of the HO’s Senior Marketing Manager.
Strategy/Campaigns (50%)
- Provide regularly market information in relation to Company’s products to Management.
- Expand and develop the new business strategy to capture and maintain key accounts in Vietnam.
- To deputize for the Management’s interest in Vietnam as required.
- To undertake any reasonable duties at the request of the HO’s Senior Marketing Manager.
- To monitor the profit and loss of the products sold/offered, working within pre-determined profit restrictions.
- To supply forecast of chemicals products on a quarterly basis to maintain an efficient and continuous order for all customers.
- To ensure all management guidelines and policies are followed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, English/Mandarin Literature, or equivalent or related subjects, extended knowledge about chemical products is an advantage.
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing of chemicals is a must.
- Proficiency in English is required. Good knowledge of other foreign languages is an additional advantage.
- Have experience in the chemical trading company.
- International exposure/experience is also an additional advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in District 01.
