Job Description:

Duties:
- Report to: Board of Directors.
- Subordinate: 10
- Organizing, managing and operating all activities of Market Marketing.
- Plan and implement marketing, communication and brand plans periodically monthly,
quarterly and annually.
- Develop a program to develop the corporate culture and brand of the Company.
- Develop promotion and replacement policies for personnel.
- Prepare marketing plan, communication, brand according to each project and each time
in accordance with the Company's brand development goals.
- Plan human resources to better serve the business plan and strategy of the Company.
- Organizing and implementing marketing, communication and branding according to the
functions, tasks and requirements of the Board of Directors.
- Formulating regulations and planning related to marketing and brand related issues
throughout the project and brand implementation process.
- Develop plans, organizations, supervise marketing activities effectively and appropriately
according to the Company's regulations.
- Research, draft and submit for approval the professional regulations on marketing and
brand applied in the Company, Proposing the organizational structure and operating
apparatus of the room in accordance with the Company's operations.
- Support and monitor other departments in brand management, communication as a bridge
between the Company and customers and partners.
- Advising the Board of Directors on branding, building marketing programs suitable to each
project, each time of development of the Company.
 

Requirements:
Knowledge:
- Graduated from University or higher in Economics and Marketing.
- Proficient in office computer and specialized English.
Skills:
- Employee leadership skills.
- Planning skills.
- Skills to organize and supervise work.
- Skills of analysis, synthesis and reporting.
- Good communication skill.
- Coordination / coordination skills at work.
Experience: (Priority in the real estate industry, can expand other industries near)
- At least 05 years of experience in brand management and marketing.
- At least 03 years of experience in the same position.

Benefits:
- Salary range: 1500-3000USD (negotiate)
- 13th,14th month salary, quarter/yearly bonus, healthcare insurance
